RATS (Recruits in Advanced Training for Service)

Get ready to learn and serve over this two-week program. The first week will be a regular week of camp fun while the second week will have service opportunities in the local community. Campers will bond at camp over the weekend!
Senior High Week

Join one of the most upbeat weeks of the summer! The Senior High Week is jam-packed with typical camp experiences and also filled with extra adventures, craziness, and close bonds while learning and exploring relationships and God.

This camp also has a half-week option to leave on Wednesday
Come to camp as a family or alumni to explore, play, and spend time together. Staff will lead activities for all ages to give a vacation experience unique to LCLC!

We believe that our camp is better when your child is here. We welcome all kids, and we have opportunities for all types of kids! Whether you are looking for the typical camp experience, want to elevate things with more adventure, have younger campers looking for a shorter, first-time experience, have older campers who want a unique experience, or have a family that is looking for a "camp style" vacation, we have it all.
Campers can look forward to adventures like boating, swimming, and hiking as well as creative outlets like making skits and being in the craft shack. While many activities are done in cabin groups, kids are also given daily options to choose their own activities. Every day will have plenty of games, and cabin groups will dive into group-building activities and community discussions.
We are a faith-based camp that is rooted in ELCA Lutheran theology. This means that we are accepting of all! Whether you are Lutheran, another denomination, or do not have a church home - you are welcome here. Our daily faith practices include bible study that is centered around activities and discussion and an all-camp worship each night with songs, a message, skits, and other fun ways to share our main foundations about community, nature, love, and how incredibly special each and every one of us is created to be.

There are many different discounts that you can add to your registration! Aside from these, we offer camperships for those who may need extra assistance getting to camp. To get this assistance, please reach out to us and we will get your child to camp!

When your registration is submitted and paid in full by April 1st, we will deposit $25 ($20 for Mini Camp) into your camper's Canteen account!
If you bring a friend who has never been to a summer camp week at LCLC, you will receive $100 off ($50 for Mini Camp) of your registration! Instructions for this discount can be found in the registration process.
This discount does not apply to siblings or Confirmation Camp.
When you come to camp for more than one week, you'll get $25 off of your second week! Instructions for this discount can be found in the registration process.
Sibling Discount
When signing up under the same family account, each additional sibling will receive $25 off their registration. This code will automatically update in your registration.
